Outline 2.02 fixes a bug in Outline 2.02 that sometimes presented the program from opening if a saved outline was the top note.

***Warning***
Outline 2.02 looks like a separate application, but it really isn't.  Outline 2.02 is really a way of viewing and editing a Note from the Notepad.  (A better interface would have no icon in the Extras drawer and would instead add an option in the action button for each Note to "Edit as Outline" but I couldn't do it.)
